When attending the sessions, you’ll get the most out of each session and topic if you are an active participant. You will get the zoom link sent to you before the group starts. Please make sure you add the date(s) to your calendar. You will also get the recordings to each group session 24-48 hours after the scheduled session times. I look forward to having you as a part of my “Self Help Series!” I’ve been looking forward to doing this for a long time, and I know you’re going to get a lot out of this!
